Privacy notice
This notice covers apexfides.com, the website of Apex Fides LLC. It is short because the site does very little.
The partner request form
The form collects the company and contact name, the work email you write from, and any message you send. It is processed by our hosting provider and delivered to business@apexfides.com. We use it only to reply and to manage the business relationship it belongs to, and we keep it for as long as it stays relevant to that relationship.
Cookies and analytics
None. These are static pages with no accounts, no cookies set by us, no analytics, and no third-party trackers or embedded content.
Server logs
Our hosting provider records standard technical request data — IP address, browser type, and the page requested — in order to serve the site and protect it from abuse. We do not use those logs for marketing and we do not combine them with anything else.
If you email us
Your message and address are used to reply and nothing more. We do not sell contact details and we do not add anyone to a mailing list.
